1. Per the acquisition, Zavation will offer the CurvePlus kyphoplasty system, the only FDA-approved kyphoplasty system that enables both the balloon and cement to be passed through a curved needle.
2. The CurvePlus system is designed to facilitate precise balloon placement, limit the number of procedural steps and decrease overall procedure time.
3. Zavation is a spinal hardware and biologics company. The company has a network of more than 150 distributors across approximately 40 states.
4. PanMed develops products for minimally invasive procedures, particularly in the kyphoplasty and interventional radiology markets.
