Wabash General Hospital Opens $4M Medical Facility for Growing Orthopedic Needs

Wabash General Hospital in Mount Carmel, Ill., recently opened a 12,000-square-foot medical building to help accommodate the hospital’s increasing demand for orthopedic and sports medicine services, according to a Daily Republican Register report.

The $4 million project broke ground in May 2010 and recently held an open house. The new building includes digital imaging and electronic medical records. There are six examination rooms.
