Vanderbilt University Medical Center partners to provide medical care at Nashville Sounds’ new ballpark

Nashville, Tenn.-based Vanderbilt University Medical Center is one of three founding partners for the Nashville Sounds Baseball Club’s First Tennessee Park, its new ballpark opening next month, according to a Nashville Post report.

Vanderbilt Sports Medicine will serve as the official sports medicine provider for Sounds players and on-field personnel. VUMC will also provide EMT and paramedic level emergency medical services for spectators at all events at the park.
