Vail Valley, Steadman Clinic Choose Developer for Proposed Medical Office Building

Vail (Colo.) Valley Medical Center, The Steadman Clinic and The Steadman Philippon Research Institute have chosen Triumph Development to develop a proposed medical office building, according to a Vail Daily report.

Next steps for the proposed medical office building include the public approval process.

The medical office building will cover 75,000 square feet and include five stories. Construction will cost approximately $75 million and may start as early as next summer. Completion has been projected for early 2015.
