Hospital president and CEO Doris Kirchner recognized Richard Steadman, MD, co-founder of The Steadman Clinic, as Physician of the Year. Dr. Steadman is also founder of the clinic’s research foundation, the Steadman Philippon Research Institute, and former physician for the U.S. Ski Team.
The hospital awarded its Clinical Excellence Award to Peter Millett, MD, a shoulder and sports medicine specialist with The Steadman Clinic. During his career, Dr. Millett has authored more than 90 peer-reviewed publications and has treated professional football, basketball, baseball and hockey players.
