Three things to know:
1. The facility will span 60,000 square feet, featuring a sports medicine wing, two full-size practice courts, locker rooms and a strength and conditioning area.
2. Of the $36 million projected cost, $19 million was raised privately through a fundraising campaign.
3. The project is estimated to take up to three years to complete.
