Three things to know:
1. UC San Diego Health primary care physician and sports medicine specialist David E.J. Bazzo, MD, will serve as the head team physician. UC San Diego sports medicine chief and orthopedic surgeon Catherine M. Robertson, MD, will serve as the associate team physician and lead orthopedic surgeon.
2. Orthopedic surgeon Bryan T. Leek, MD, as well as primary care physician and sports medicine specialist Kenneth S. Taylor, MD, will also provide on-site medical care for all athletes at Seals’ training camps and home games.
