Trinity Orthopedic Associates in North Dakota Expands Joint Replacement Program

Trinity Orthopedic Associates in Minot, N.D., is expanding its joint replacement program to offer wrist and elbow replacement, according to a report by the Minot Daily News.

The program is headed by Earl Scott, MD, and will provide an additional treatment option for patients with limited wrist and elbow mobility and function, according to the report.

In the past many upper extremity joint problems could not be corrected with surgery, but recent developments in prostheses for these joints are making upper extremity joint replacement a viable treatment option, according to the report.
