Tiger Woods moved to Cedars-Sinai for postsurgery care

Pro golfer Tiger Woods has been transferred to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles Feb. 25 after undergoing surgery at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center, according to NBC Golf.

Mr. Woods will continue recovering from surgery and receiving orthopedic care at Cedars-Sinai. He was involved in a car crash Feb. 23 and taken to Harbor-UCLA, the closest level 1 trauma center, for surgery on his right leg.

The Cedars-Sinai Kerlan Jobe Institute is known for treating professional athletes, and its surgeons are team physicians for the NBA’s LA Clippers and NFL’s LA Rams.
