The joint venture partnership will bring a higher level of orthopedic services to the hospital than was previously available. The physicians and hospital will work together to develop, implement and continuously improve care delivery.
Patients will be able to access the center’s surgical services, inpatient rehabilitation and outpatient therapy through hospital admission. The center will focus on coordinated care, clinical metrics and standardized protocol for all patients. The center will offer all of the hospital’s current services, including sports medicine, joint replacement, extremity procedures and spine surgery. The program will also focus on the early deployment of new research tools, innovative technologies and evidence-based care.
Both parties in the partnership will adhere to strict guidelines focused on shared mutual interests to manage costs, increase efficiency and improve quality of care.
