The Christ Hospital Health Network, Beacon Orthopaedics Partner to Expand Sports Medicine Services

The Christ Hospital Health Network, based in Cincinnati, announced it will partner with Sharonville, Ohio-based Beacon Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine to create an expanded sports medicine program for local high school and college sports teams, according to a Cincinnati Enquirer report.

Timothy E. Kremchek, MD, medical director for the Cincinnati Reds and an orthopedic surgeon at Beacon, will lead the effort. The partnership will expand educational programs on injury prevention and treatment to schools, the community and sports medicine programs for young athletes locally, said Dr. Kremchek to the Cincinnati Enquirer.
