Texas Scottish Rite Hospital for Children Hosts Hand Surgery Symposium

Texas Scottish Rite Hospital for Children hosted the World Symposium on Congenital Malformation of the Hand and Upper Limb this past week.

Physicians from around the world gathered to discuss hand and upper limb diagnoses and treatment in the symposium, which only occurs every three years. Physicians shared the latest information about treatment, with an emphasis on treating pediatric cases.

The symposium was chaired by Marybeth Ezaki, MD, director at the Charles E. Seay, Jr. Hand Center at TSRHC, and Scott Oishi, MD, of the Hand Center.
