Tennessee Orthopedic Practice Joins With Vanderbilt University

The Bone & Joint Institute in Franklin, Tenn., has joined with Nashville, Tenn.-based Vanderbilt University’s department of orthopedics to form Vanderbilt Bone & Joint, according to a report in The Tennessean.

The new Vanderbilt Bone & Joint will be a part of Vanderbilt Orthopaedics Institute and will continue to operate its clinic and ASC at the former Bone & Joint Institute in Franklin.

The practice consists of 12 physicians and surgeons who cover a range of specialties including spine, sports medicine, total joint replacement, hand and upper extremity, pediatrics, trauma, foot and ankle and osteoporosis.
