1. The Kingsport, Tenn.-based medical group opened the sports medicine clinic to serve the people of Bristol.
2. The clinic will provide outpatient diagnostic care and physical therapy.
3. Three physicians and a physician’s assistant will see patients at the clinic.
HMG President and CEO Scott Fowler, MD, said the clinic is part of a larger effort to lower cost of care. HMG is also building an outpatient surgery center.
