1. Along with space accommodations, the sports medicine facility hired two additional care providers.

 

2. Daniel Sullivan, MD, is a family medicine physician with 29 years of healthcare experience. Tabeguache Family & Sports Medicine also welcomed a new nurse practitioner.

 

3. The additional care providers join Fletcher Colwell, MD, Karen Frye, MD, and Rich Prince, MD.

 

4. Tabeguache Family & Sports Medicine provides patients concussion, fracture, sprains and strains treatments. Physicians also work with surrounding physical therapy centers for patients with chronic pain or weakness.

 

5. Additionally, Tabeguache Family & Sports Medicine offers patients corticosteroid injections and platelet rich plasma therapy.
