Surgical Hospital of Oklahoma provides surgical services and inpatient acute care in a number of specialties including pain management, podiatry and orthopedics. SCA and a number of physician partners will own the facility, and SCA will provide management services, according to the release.
Andrew Hayek, president and CEO of SCA said in the release that the company’s partnership with the hospital will allow physicians “to focus on clinical excellence while leveraging SCA’s nationwide infrastructure and support services.”

Phil Ross, who has served as hospital administrator for the past 8 years, will continue to serve as administrator.
