1. At Meridian, Miss.-based Rush Health Systems, Dr. Smith treats degenerative spine disorders, spine trauma and deformity.
2. He worked with biomedical engineers to design patient-specific spinal rods using Medicrea USA’s UNiD Adaptive Spine Intelligence technology.
3. The platform’s AI and predictive modeling capabilities enabled Dr. Smith to visualize how the patient would look postoperatively and customize implants accordingly.
4. Through Medicrea’s UNiD HUB platform, Dr. Smith also gained access to analytics and 3D image analysis after the operation.
