Suburban Philadelphia Orthopedic Group Buys New Office Site for $3.2M

OrthopaediCare, a 17-physician orthopedics practice in Willow Grove, Pa., has bought a site for a new office in Chalfont, Pa. for $3.2 million, according to a release by BPG Properties.

Philadelphia-based BPG is the seller of the 5.5-acre property, part of its 62-acre New Britain Corporate Center, which includes a medical building for Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, a life care center and a day care center.

At the new site, OrthopaediCare, formerly the Orthopedic Specialty Center, will offer sub-specialty care in joint, spine, hand, sports, and trauma with facilities for physical therapy, occupational therapy and x-ray.
