Charlie Carr, MD, will serve as director of sports medicine. Dr. Carr currently works in the orthopedics department at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon, N.H. In addition, Kris Karlson, MD, also of at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center, will serve as a sports medicine provider.
