Dr. Franks is ImPACT certified and will be heading the practice’s new concussion unit. He previously served as the director of the sports concussion program and assistant director of sports medicine services at the Cooper Bone and Joint Institute in Camden, N.J.
He earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine at the University of Medicine and Dentistry, New Jersey School of Osteopathic Medicine in Stratford, where he also completed his residency in family medicine. His additional training includes a primary care sports medicine fellowship at University Hospitals Health System/Richmond Heights Hospital in Cleveland.
