Sports medicine physician joins Saratoga Hospital: 3 things to know

James Kelley, MD, joined Saratoga Hospital in Saratoga Springs, N.Y.

Here are three things to know:

1. Dr. Kelley is a primary care sports medicine physician. He worked as a nursing assistant at the Orthopedic Center at Saratoga Hospital before receiving his medical degree from Albany (N.Y.) Medical College.

2. Dr. Kelley underwent sports medicine fellowship training at WellSpan York (Pa.) Hospital. He also holds a law degree from White Plains, N.Y.-based Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University.

3. Saratoga Hospital is the only acute care facility in Saratoga County. The hospital employs more than 450 providers at more than 20 locations.
