Dr. Godfrey earned his medical degree from Indiana University School of Medicine in Bloomington, Ind., and completed his residency in orthopedic surgery at The Cleveland Clinic Foundation. His additional training includes a sports medicine and orthopedic surgery fellowship at the University of Buffalo in Buffalo, N.Y.
