Dr. Gallagher earned his medical degree at State University of New York Downstate College of Medicine in Brooklyn, where he also completed his residency in orthopedic surgery. His additional training includes a sports medicine fellowship at SUNY Buffalo.
His professional interests include sports medicine, fracture care and arthroscopic surgery.
