Dr. Peer earned his medical degree at Georgetown University School of Medicine in Washington, D.C., and completed his residency in orthopedic surgery at the University of New Mexico in Albuquerque. His additional training includes a fellowship in sports medicine at Kansas City Orthopaedic Institute/UMKC in Leawood, Kan.
During his fellowship, Dr. Peer provided medical care for the Kansas City Chiefs.
