Two surgeons — Carl Basamania, MD, from Seattle and Reggie King, MD, from Cape Town, South Africa — presented studies on the use of CRx collarbone nail at the meeting.
According to the studies, the use of Sonoma’s collarbone nail also resulted in better patient satisfaction scores that use of slings or surgical plating for both transverse and comminuted fractures.
