The grant is meant to advance the evaluation of clinical outcomes related to surgery and develop new approaches, techniques and methodology. Examples of projects might include web-based instruments to allow inter-institutional collaborative efforts, tools to quantify joint laxity or methods to measure results of arthroscopic hip procedures.
The winner of the grant will be announced at the 2011 AOSSM Annual Meeting in San Diego.
