Ruth Jackson Orthopaedic Society Updates Mentoring Program

The Ruth Jackson Orthopaedic Society has updated and improved its mentoring program, among other changes, according to a report in AAOS Now.

The society is developing new guidelines for mentors and mentees, focused on creating a mutually positive experience. The society is also expanding its work with medical schools and residency coordinators.

RJOS resident specialty/practice information pamphlet also went through updates to provide changes in practice partners and part-time practice settings as well as traditional settings.
