The society is developing new guidelines for mentors and mentees, focused on creating a mutually positive experience. The society is also expanding its work with medical schools and residency coordinators.
RJOS resident specialty/practice information pamphlet also went through updates to provide changes in practice partners and part-time practice settings as well as traditional settings.
