Robert G. Viere, MD (Texas Spine Consultants, Dallas). Dr. Viere has practiced spine surgery in Dallas for more than 20 years. He has a special interest in complex cervical spine problems and performs artificial disc replacement and minimally invasive surgical procedures.
Dr. Viere previously served as head of the spine section in the department of orthopedics at UT Southwestern Medical Center and has been honored among the Best Doctors in Dallas from D Magazine. He is on staff at Methodist Hospital for Surgery and Baylor University Medical Center.
Dr. Viere earned his medical degree at the University of Minnesota Medical School in Minneapolis and completed his residency at Texas Southwestern Medical Center. His additional training includes a fellowship in spinal cord injury and spine surgery at Case Western Reserve University under Henry Bohlmannn, MD.
