Regional Hospital of Scranton Earns Joint Commission Certification for Total Joint Replacements

Regional Hospital of Scranton (Pa.) has been awarded Joint Commission certification for hip, knee and shoulder joint replacement surgeries, according to Times Leader report.

The hospital has one of the largest total joint replacement programs in Northeastern Pennsylvania, and performs more than 450 procedures annually, according to the report.
