Reader Suggests Four-Point Healthcare Plan

Reader Jane Haslem suggests the following as a four-point healthcare plan:

 1. Put all uninsured on Medicaid immediately with the exception of [illegal immigrants]. All must sign-up to be treated.
 
 2. Set up clinics for [illegal immigrants] and those who did not sign up for Medicaid. Treatment in these clinics does not include hospitalization.

 3. Take all earning $2.5 million a year or higher off Medicare.
 
 4. Begin working on all fraudulent practices with Medicare and Medicaid and doctors. Leave everything else along and do not raise taxes.
