Raritan Bay Medical Center Teams With JOINTS Initiative

Raritan Bay Medical Center has joined the federally-funded JOINTS initiative to accelerate the implementation of effective surgical site infection prevention in patients after knee and hip replacement surgery, according to an NJTODAY report.

The JOINTS initiative, “Joining Organizations in Tackling SSI,” was first launched in 2011 and undertook a national launch in 2012.

Raritan Bay Medical Center has locations in Old Bridge and Perth Amboy, N.J.
