Here are four things to know:
1. ProScan owns 29 independent, U.S. imaging centers. Of those centers, 12 are in the greater Cincinnati area.
2. Mayfield Brain & Spine will continue to operate its clinical office at the Crestview Hills location.
3. ProScan offers MRI, CT, mammography, ultrasound and Dexa scans at its clinics.
4. Financial terms of the deal, which was finalized Sept. 1, were not disclosed.
