Philadelphia’s Rothman Institute Opens New Facility, Celebrates 40 Years

The Rothman Institute in Philadelphia recently opened a new facility in Egg Harbor Township, N.J., and is celebrating its 40th anniversary throughout November, according to a practice news release.

The practice was founded by Richard H. Rothman, MD, in 1970 and has grown to encompass 14 different locations. Most recently, Rothman Institute opened a medical office in the AtlantiCare Health Park in Egg Harbor Township.

The new 30,000-square-foot facility offers a patient waiting area, 44 exam rooms, a three-room digital X-ray suite, a block suite, a physical therapy facility and several physicians. The facility is LEED-certified, which means it was built with eco-friendly materials.
