The company is relocating its North American operations in Minnesota and Ontario, Canada, to the new Kentucky location, investing more than $3 million in the area, according to the report.
The move is expected to create up to 25 new jobs, and the company expects to triple its business, according to the report.
Ottobock manufactures prosthetics, braces, wheelchairs and other devices to aid mobility.
