“OrthoVation” Center Opens in Indiana

Micropulse, a Columbia City, Ind.-based manufacturer of spine and orthopedic implants and instruments, will open a new “OrthoVation” Center in Columbia City to house its operations as well as the operations of four other device manufactures it has recently invested in — Del Palma Orthopedics, Nanovis, Biospine and Sites Medical, according to a report by WPTA-TV News.

Micropulse offers support services including design, engineering, distribution and accounting to other device makers. Micropulse CEO Brian Emerick said the partnerships allow Micropulse to use its manufacturing and administrative “backbone” to get the other manufacturers’ products to market more quickly.
