Dr. Anderson formerly was a part of Boone (N.C.) Orthopedics before relocating to the Wilkes area. He is a graduate of Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center Medical School and completed his residency at Duke University Medical Center, according to the report.
Wilkes Regional Medical Center has leased office space for Dr. Anderson’s new practice, to be called Orthopedic Specialists of Wilkes. Dr. Anderson will open a temporary office on Nov. 2, where he will practice until renovations are completed on the new space, according to the report.
