Orthopedic surgeon Dr. Myron Bailey retires

 
Myron B. Bailey, MD, an orthopedic and sports medicine surgeon in northeastern Louisiana, is retiring after a 45-year career, according to a report by The News Star.

Dr. Bailey provided care at North Louisiana Orthopaedic & Sports Medicine Clinic in Monroe and P&S Surgical Hospital also in Monroe, where he has ownership stake. Linda S. Holyfield, president and CEO of P&S Surgical Hospital, credits Dr. Bailey for the hospital’s status as one of Louisiana’s top spine surgery centers, according to the report.
