Ms. Blessing most recently held the same position with the Upper Arlington-based Ohio Orthopedic Center of Excellence, which merged with Columbus, Ohio-based The Cardinal Orthopaedic Institute to create Orthopedic ONE in October 2013.
The practice also names Karly Elliott communications and sports relations manager and Phillip Schultz physician relations manager.
Orthopedic ONE includes 54 orthopedic physicians and more than 100 physical and occupational therapists, across 10 locations.
