Orthopedic Institute of Pennsylvania, Appalachian Orthopedic Center to Merge

The Orthopedic Institute of Pennsylvania in Camp Hill announced plans to merge with Appalachian Orthopedic Center in Carlisle, Pa., according to report by The Sentinel.

The merger is expected to be completed by Jan. 1, and the combined entity will be known as the Orthopedic Institute of Pennsylvania. It will include 24 board-certified orthopedic physicians, a pain management division and nine physician assistants, according to the report.
