Mr. Mainelli, president and CEO of Active Implants Corp., spent eight years with Stryker as president of Stryker Japan and Stryker Spine.
Orthofix also recently named Kevin Unger, who has been vice president and general manager of Stryker’s MedSurg Division, to be president of its spinal implants division.
