ONC Revokes Certification for 2 EHR Products

HHS announced that EHRMagic-Ambulatory and EHRMagic-Inpatient, both developed by EHRMagic of Santa Fe Springs, Calif., have had their certifications revoked by the Office of the National Coordinator for Health Information Technology.

These products can no longer be used by providers to meet the requirements of the Medicare and Medicaid Electronic Health Record Incentive Programs as they do not meet the required level of functionality.

To regain certification, the EHRs must be certified by an ONC-Authorized Certification Body.
