ONC Initiates Privacy, Security Mobile Device Best Practices Project

ONC’s Office of the Chief Privacy Officer, along with the HHS Office of Civil Rights, has initiated a Privacy & Security Mobile Device project, according to an ONC Health IT news release.

The project is designed to build on existing HHS HIPAA Security Rule Guidelines while identifying privacy and security best practices for mobile devices.
