ONC, Health 2.0 Seek popHealth App for Gathering Patient Populations Data

ONC and Health 2.0 are seeking applications that use the popHealth tool to gather more patient populations data that healthcare providers can use to improve care, according to a Government Health IT report.

The organizations are challenging developers to create applications using popHealth’s open-source framework, existing functionality, standards and sample datasets to help providers improve patient safety, engagement with patients and disparities in care.
