In his new position, Dr. Spengler will shift focus from performing surgeries to assisting in surgery and treating patients in the office.
A founding member of Access, Dr. Spengler started practicing in Exeter in 1976 and was the first full-time, board certified orthopedic surgeon at Exeter Hospital.
