Ohio Orthopedic Practice Signs First Tenant for New Office Building

Columbus, Ohio-based Cardinal Orthopaedic Institute has signed its first tenet for space in a new medical office park, which is scheduled to open on Nov. 2, according to a report in the Business First of Columbus.

Physical Medicine Associates, a rehabilitation practice, signed a seven-year lease for a 2,000 square-foot space, part of 10,000 square feet Cardinal is opening up to specialties which compliment the practice, according to the report.

Cardinal will add more physical and occupational therapy as well as an MRI when it opens at the new facility. Additionally, the practice has promised to add 25 new jobs, of which 11 have been filled.

Cardinal has been in talks with other specialty practices; however, Physical Medicine is the only tenet to sign on so far.
