O’Bleness Memorial Hospital Opens Pain Management Clinic in Ohio

The O’Bleness Health System in Pomeroy, Ohio, recently opened an ambulatory care pain management clinic, according to a Times Journal report.

Amish R. Patel, DO, is the lead physician at the center, which will treat neck and back pain, headaches, fibromyalgia, chronic pelvic pain, Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy and nerve damage. Dr. Patel is board certified in physical medicine and rehabilitation. He received his medical degree at Ohio University in Athens. He completed his residency at the University of Toledo (Ohio) Medical Center, his internship at St. Vincent Mercy Medical Center in Elwood, Ind., and his fellowship at the University of Pennsylvania Penn Spine Center in Philadelphia.
