The Class A, four-story medical office facility will be completed in Dec. 2009.
North American Spine will locate its national headquarters and two staff physicians from other Dallas locations to the 10740 Medical Office Building, according to the release. The specialized tenant suite will include exam rooms, offices, open workstations and a conference room equipped for training and informational seminars. North American Spine is scheduled to occupy the space in Spring 2010.
In addition to the headquarters for North American Spine, the 10740 Medical Office Building will feature an ASC on the fourth floor and medical office space on floors one through three. Several additional medical tenants have secured long-term leases within this new medical facility, according to the release.
The Dallas office of Cadence McShane is constructing the facility. Marasco & Associates and Alliance Architects are providing the architectural services for the project, according to the release.
