NFL athletes have agreed to undergo unlimited, unannounced blood tests for HGH, which could be used to build muscles and ward off fatigue. Specific guidelines for testing have not been drafted, but the league expects the details in place so the screening program can begin on Sept. 8, according to the report.

A four-game suspension sans pay is the penalty for first time offenders. Screening may also take place throughout the off-season, with a limit of six tests during that period, according to the report.
