Mr. Mayer has served more than 30 years in leadership roles in the medical device industry, most recently as president of RTI Biologics, where he completed a merger with Tutogen Medical.
He spent 14 years with Zimmer, where he served as president of its Orthopedic Implant Division and president of its Global Products Group.
