Neuros Medical Develops Implantable Pain Management Device

Neuros Medical, a medical device company in Willoughby, Ohio, announced the completion of its implantable generator for use in chronic pain applications, according to a Fort Mill Times report.

Altius, the pain management device, was developed by Zi-Ping Fang, the chief technology officer at Neuros Medical. The device delivers high frequency electrical nerve block technology to a targeted nerve via an implanted electrode. Patients can activate the device using a small remote control.
